Rob Hendriks en Michiel Boer stappen over van Simmons & Simmons naar Taylor Wessing in Amsterdam. Hendriks (foto rechts) legt zich toe op M&A, private equity en onroerend goed. Bij Simmons & Simmons gaf hij leiding aan de Corporate Commercial-praktijkgroep in Nederland, de Corporate Real Estate & Projects M&A-praktijk, en was hij mede-hoofd van de internationale real estate-transactiegroep. Michiel Boer is actief op dezelfde terreinen. Hij adviseert private equity-firma’s, institutionele beleggers, ontwikkelaars, corporates en family offices bij aandelentransacties, activatransacties, joint ventures en complexe structureringen van ontwikkelings- en investeringsprojecten.
